We want you to love your Teva footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided.

Pack Your Items

Place your unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the label attached.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
